15 Minute Sessions are good for extremely brief work, such as with tension headaches, mental fog, fatigue/lethargy, eye strain, carpel tunnel touch-up, etc.
30 Minute Sessions are good for partial body "maintenance" (eg: upper neck, back and shoulders) or intensive focus work. 60 Minute Sessions are good for partial focus-work on one or two areas of pain or dysfunction, and brief relaxation or deep tissue work on the remainder of the body. 90 Minute Sessions are good for intensive deep tissue therapy, extended focus work on two to four areas of pain or dysfunction, and are especially good for added therapies such as oriental cupping, hot packs and aromatherapy. (Swedish Massage services are available in 60 minute sessions only, no less, no more.)
