We know, massage therapy feels SO good, especially when we are under stress or in are pain! And we always hate turning people away. Yet, sometimes there are conditions that are contraindicated (inadvisable) for massage for health and safety reasons. This is certainly not an extensive list, and there are many more conditions that are at least partially contraindicated. If you are suffering from any malady or condition that you fail to inform your therapist of, you could be putting yourself, your therapist, or other patrons health or lives at risk. It is CRITICAL you communicate an accurate health status with your therapist. Massage therapy not only has a local effect on the tissues being treated, but also can have profound reflexive and systemic effects via the nervous, circulatory, lymphatic, myofascial, skeletal and other body systems. Stay safe! Inform your therapist upon the first visit, and every visit thereafter of current and recent / past health events. ❎👍💚
While it's important for the human heart to gain the blessings that come with having a generous, helpful spirit, in a world where many are often overextended and run down, we also need to be able to say "no" when needed. For so many who are naturally "givers" this might be a helpful little reminder as you contemplate you're next decision. 🙏💙
It feels GOOD to be back after a much needed break! (The Lord's best blessings often come in unexpected ways... and we're counting them one by one today.) We have a ton of things to catch up on, including a wealth of phone calls. So, we're asking for your continued patience as we get back with you. If you need to, give us a call at 308-432-4558 (scheduling will occur in the order our phone calls were received while we were away). You can look at our service menu here on our website. Rain or shine, we hope you have a very blessed day!! 🙏😁🌧️☀️💖
