Proving it's never too late to begin your fitness journey, Joan MacDonald (age 73!) started her journey at 70 after her doctor told her if she didn't make lifestyle changes she was going to have to increase her medications. Determined to change her life for the better, she is now 50 plus pounds lighter, and medication free!
"You can’t turn back the clock but you can wind it up again!" says Joan. "My success lies in pure determination and hard work." And she's right, positive change doesn't happen overnight.
